From these ideas I developed a photoshoot plan of the possible images I would need, as well as any others that might be useful:

When next on location I took the photos. I also thought of some other ideas whilst on the shoot witht the help of the rest of my group. Here are the results:

Real Film Set Research

This is the first draft of our teaser trailer:

SHOOTING+Shot Log

This videos explains soem of teh problems we encountered while on set and also our blooper real. Enjoy :) Once we had finished our shooting, we logged all the shots we had to help when we edited our footage:

Music and Jamendo

We looked throught the site Jamendo to find copyright free music to have as the soundtrack to our teaser. To appeal to our target audience and help create the a party atmosphere, we decided to use Dubstep. Here are our top three choices: 1 Way 2 Paradise:

01 1 Way 2 Paradise

Futurance

01 Futurace

Halleluyah

02 Hallelujah

In the end, we decided to use a mixture of "Hallelujah" and "1 Way 2 Paradise" to mark the change in mood mid-way through the teaser. Ama mixed them together on Garage Band.

Camera Shot Research in Popular TV

After learning about some interesting and unconventional filming techniques in my media lessons, I started to notice them more in popular television such as Soap Operas. This was a great opportunity for me to evaluate how these techniques worked in reality and whether they would be suited to my teaser trailer.

This our the clips I discuss:
1.03 - 1.08

0.43 - 1.08 and 2.37 - 2.51
